August 28, 7:00 pm, MSU Union is the debut of
Spartan Remix, a
new student welcome reception developed through the combined efforts of the
Asian Pacific American Student Organization,
Black Student Alliance, Culturas de Las Razas Unidas, International
Student Association and a coalition of LBGT student organizations.
This event honors the unique traditions of student communities while
providing opportunities for connections with multiple cultures.
Special guests include participants from the Humphrey Fellows and
the Visiting International Professional Program. Located in the MSU Union,
the event includes a joint university welcome at 7:00 pm, six simultaneous
student receptions from 8:00-10:00 pm and concludes with a Remix afterparty
in the Union Ballroom from 10:00 pm - 2:00 am.
All members of the university community are invited to attend!
Be at the 7:00 pm Kick Off! Incredible giveaways for the first two hundred
guests!
